The stc wholesale portal is owned and operated by STC Bahrain B.S.C. Closed (“stc”, “us”, “our” or “we”). stc is registered in accordance with the laws of the Kingdom of Bahrain under commercial registration number 71117, having its address at stc Tower 15, Road 68, Block 428, P.O. Box 21529, Seef District, Kingdom of Bahrain.
These terms and conditions of use (referred to as “Terms”) are dictated to govern the use of the stc wholesale portal or any part of it, including sub-sites/links or referenced sites/links that are of stc’s property (referred to as “stc platforms”). stc reserves the right to modify these Terms unilaterally or upon the change in the organizational or regional regulatory, judicial & statutory context. By visiting, registering, and/or purchasing through stc platforms (referred to hereby as “Users” or “you”), you signify your agreement to these Terms and thereby, you will be bound by them. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use stc platforms or any of the affiliated applications.

Acceptable Use Terms

stc platforms shall not be subject to any unlawful breach, defacement, tampering or traffic flooding or overloading of any kind, in the case of bug or any type of inaccuracy was spotted. In such event, it must be immediately notified to stc.

Users agree not to disseminate any artifacts that are generated through stc platforms, or through enumeration, mining, aggregation or data analysis of any sorts, whereby it was not designed or intended to be disclosed.

stc shall exercise due care and shall not be held liable for any breach of the terms that is beyond reasonable circumstances, otherwise indicted by the court of law.

Users shall not use stc platforms as a platform to propagate unsolicited content or act in any way that is deemed ethically inappropriate, that includes (age, sex, color, religion, race, origin, citizenship, disability, and social situation), perusing to the applicable laws.

Access to stc platforms may occasionally be suspended or restricted for operational reasons such as maintenance or the introduction of new facilities or products.

stc reserves the right at any time and without prior notice to modify, edit, delete, suspend, discontinue, temporarily or permanently, any content, including any products available through stc platforms.

stc may, by its sole discretion, temporarily or permanently revoke, terminate, or suspend access or registration to stc platforms upon evident breach of the terms, without Users’ notification.

Any content typed or files uploaded to stc platforms might be subject to scrutiny and might be eliminated if found to be harmful without any further notice to the Users.

Content and Copyright

Content provided by stc including information, data, material, text, designs, graphics, pictures, video, photographs, applications, software, audio and other files, and their selection and presentation, is owned by stc or licensed to stc through third-parties. It is protected by copyright, trademark and other intellectual property rights as applicable and provided solely for your own use. Republication or redistribution of the content, including by framing or similar means, is prohibited.

Users accept to be unequivocally liable for all content including comments, files, material, suggestions and ideas uploaded or posted on stc platforms or communicated to other Users through stc platforms.

Transfer of Rights and Obligations
You may not transfer any of your rights or obligations under these Terms to another party.
- Waiver
If we delay in acting upon a breach of these Terms, that delay will not be regarded as a waiver of that breach. If we waive a breach of these Terms that waiver will be limited to that particular breach.
- Matters Beyond Our Reasonable Control
We will not be liable for any breach of these Terms caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
- Confidentiality
Any information of a confidential nature obtained as a result of the use of stc platforms will be kept in confidence and will not be disclosed to any person other than employees or professional advisers or suppliers solely for the purpose for which it was provided.
This paragraph 7 will not apply to:
- any information which has been published other than through a breach of these Terms;
- nformation lawfully in the possession of the recipient before the disclosure took place; and/or
- information which a party is requested to disclose which, if it did not it would be required by law to do so.
- Data Protection
We will comply with our obligations under applicable data protection legislation and maintain all relevant registrations and notifications, for the purposes of operating stc platforms as explained in our privacy policy that can be accessed on this link.
- Virus Protection
You must take all reasonable steps to ensure that any software you use with or in connection with stc platforms is not infected by viruses.
- Indemnification
Users shall indemnify stc or any User effected by the breach of the terms as a demonstrated downstream liability in accordance to the applicable law(s) and/or court provision(s).
- Severability
If any provision of these Terms is held invalid, illegal or unenforceable for any reason by any court of competent jurisdiction, such provision shall be severed, and the remainder of its provisions will continue in full force and effect.
- Third Party Rights
A person who is not party to these Terms has no right to enforce any of these Terms, but this does not affect any right or remedy of a third party which legally exists or is available.
- Applicable Law
- These Terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Bahrain and subject to international cyber-crime laws. Any disputes arising out of the use of stc platforms are to be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Kingdom of Bahrain. stc reserves the right to bring proceedings to the courts of the country of your location.
- Each of the provisions in these Terms operate separately. If any court or competent authority decides that any of them are unlawful or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
